The latest forecasts noted the Super Typhoon is anticipated to impact parts of the Northern Philippines.

Furthermore, the Associated Press (AP) reported that the Typhoon brought torrential rains in Batanes and Cagayan provinces.
AP report showed that the Typhoon recorded 185 kilometers (115 miles) per hour of sustained winds and up to 230 kph (143 mph) gusts.
In Cagayan, the report said that authorities prepared evacuation plans for 11 coastal towns that can be affected by the Typhoon.
After causing heavy rains in the Philippines, AccuWeather reported that the Typhoon would aim for parts of China, especially in Fujian or Eastern Guangdong.
There is a possibility that the typhoon could impact parts of Japan.
In Southern Taiwan, the weather reports added that the Typhoon could unleash four to eight inches of rainfall on Friday.
