While tornadoes could not common in December, AccuWeather shared that December's tornadoes rampaged portions of the United States. The article explained that the Tornado Archive showed that December recorded about 2,000 tornadoes that occurred in 38 states in the United States since 1875.
The report added that in December, Massachusetts, Oregon, Idaho, Hawaii and Rhode Island received twisters.
