The snow helped the heat drop in Pacific Northwest, which recorded temperatures dropping up to 40s and 50s last weekend.

Meanwhile, residents in the Northwest finally felt the much-needed rain that could continue in the first week of November.

The rain would offer relief in Canada, Northwestern United States, and British Columbia.

However, the forecast explained that it could also lead to localized flooding, strong winds, and rising rivers. Mountain snow could also occur in Seattle, Vancouver, Portland, and Prince Rupert.
