The latest weather forecast showed that much-needed rain would occur in Northeastern U.S, bringing a temperature cooldown after residents experienced warm weather.
Meanwhile, the rain could also cause minor flooding, especially in coastal areas.
The forecast noted that it would begin in early November.
Residents could expect mountain snow in high areas. AccuWeather reported that the week's weather pattern would be wetter, which could cause wet conditions, improved air quality, and travel delays.
Much-needed rains with mountain snow
The storm in early November would offer the much-needed rain in the Northwest, which suffered from warm temperatures last week.
The rain would help ease the threat of wildfires in the affected area and cleanse the air from the hazy smoke.
However, the beneficial rain could also result in small flooding, especially those who are in coastal areas.
The end week of October has been marked with rainfall reports, especially in the Southern and Northeastern United States. The rain in the said areas was due to severe tropical systems.
Meanwhile, the National Hurricane Center monitored two low-pressure areas in Bermuda and north of Puerto Rico.
The forecast said that the two brewing systems would not develop this week.
In addition, residents in the said areas are reminded to anticipate heavy rains and gusty wind.
According to the Winter Weather forecast, AccuWeather said heavy rains and mountain snow would unleash in early November.
The storm's strength coming from the Pacific Ocean would strike portions of Northwestern U.S, Canada, and British Columbia.

While the storm could alleviate the heat, forecasts advised that it could result in flooding. At the same time, mountain snow has the potential to cause an avalanche.
Based on AccuWeather's report, the storm's impact would be felt from October 25 to November 2, adding that it could reach up to three to six inches of rainfall.
The storm could affect Oregon, Seattle, Portland, Vancouver, and British Columbia areas.
For the mountain snow, the report advised that British Columbia, Oregon, and Washington could expect up to five to ten feet of snow which could emerge in November's first week.
Residents in the said areas should prepare for the storm.
Affected areas in Northwest
Meanwhile, the report added that portions of Coast Mountains and Cascades could expect up to six to 12 inches of rain, which could rise.
Although the rain could drench drought agricultural farms, AccuWeather noted that the storm pattern into early November could cause a series of storms, landslides, rising rivers, and strong winds, affecting residents in Medford, Spokane, Seattle, and Portland.
- This week, Boise, Spokane residents could expect snow. Rain and showers could also occur in Seattle and Portland.
- Potential flood risks and mountain snow could also occur this weekend up to early next week in parts of Prince Rupert, Vancouver, Seattle, and Portland.
- In the late week, areas in Houston could expect thunderstorms.
