Nevertheless, with much optimism, the snow could likely result in measurable snow in the coming weeks.
According to the Weather outlook, snow could unload in Northern New England, Central Appalachians, Quebec City, Ottawa and Erie.
In the United States, the forecast said wintry weather conditions could be expected on Friday.
