Massachusetts Proposes Aggressive Bill Mandating 100 Percent Renewable Energy by 2035 -- Is it Possible?
Three Democratic lawmakers based in Massachusetts have proposed a bill that will, if passed, require the state to use 100-percent renewable energy by 2035. It even goes as far as to mention that fossil fuels from the heating and transport sectors would have to be eliminated by that time.
