India Plans Construction of 1.2 GW Solar Power Parks in Various States

Plans for constructing new solar power parks with a total combined capacity of 1.2 gigawatts to be installed in several Indian states have been announced. The country pushed several ambitious projects forward in renewable energy in the past few weeks.
