Severe Storm Devastated Parts of Texas, While Deadly Tornado Ripped through Multiple States

Severe storms wreaking havoc through parts of Texas on Monday had caused extensive damage to multiple states. An hour earlier Tuesday, the National Weather Service Forth Worth survey team confirms 16 tornadoes had touched down in Texas, including an EF3 in Jacksboro.
