Icy Conditions Led to Road Accidents Across Northeast

Earlier this week, portions of mid-Atlantic's Interstate-95 corridor faced a travel nightmare and now another round of snowy weather is causing problems on the East Coast, beginning Wednesday morning. According to Philadelphia fire officials, a crash that took place on the Passyunk Avenue Bridge in South Philadelphia involved up to 20 vehicles.
