Ohio Department of Health, CVS Face Lawsuit After Possibly Disclosing Identity Of 6,000 HIV Patients
CVS Caremark and the Ohio Department of Health are being sued for unintentionally disclosing the HIV status of 6,000 people. The class-action suit claims that the state shared private medical information to CVS without an authorization of the patients.
