Persistent 'La Nada' Likely to Hold Through Spring 2014
An ongoing period of near-normal sea surface height conditions across the equatorial Pacific Ocean, called “La Nada,” will likely continue through the spring of 2014, according to the National Weather Service’s Climate Prediction Center.
