Warmer temperatures will unfold in portions of the Tennessee Valley, Gulf Coast and Northeast this weekend, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) advisory.

The summer-like temperatures can become favorable for people who are not yet ready for the blast of colder weather in the US. Cooler weather and snow were recorded in the Pacific Northwest, Colorado, Oregon and Wyoming.

While colder air is on the way to the US, homeowners should take into account the return of unseasonable heat or warm temperatures. Central and Southern Plains will also experience light rain and snow this weekend.

Summer-Like Temperatures: Where Will It Impact?

According to the latest advisory, the summer-like temperatures will unload in the Gulf Coast states and Tennessee Valley. Portions of the Northeastern US can also experience the warm weather at the end of the week.

In the Northeast, the warm weather will stay until this weekend. Next week, a change in weather pattern is expected with colder and snow conditions.

The temperatures in the afternoon could reach the low-to-mid 80s. In the Southeastern US and Tennesse Valley, residents can experience dry conditions with highs reaching 80s.

In addition, the heat relief will also unfold next week, especially in the Northeast. Southern US could also experience a strong cold front, bringing high temps in Southern Texas.

In the Southern Plains and Lower Ohio Valley, the advisory warned of potential scattered flash flooding and heavy rains. Small flooding can be possible in low-lying and flood-prone areas in the region.

On Saturday, possible thunderstorms could unload in the Lower Mississippi Valley. The rain forecast can likely stay in the areas this weekend.

Weather in the Rockies: Where Can Residents Expect More Snow?

On the other hand, NWS is also monitoring the upper trough and weather in the Rockies and Front Range. In early October, the Western US and Pacific Northwest recorded snowy conditions and chilly outlook, showing the early signs of winter.

Winter Storm Warnings are present in portions of Western Colorado, especially in the mountainous areas. Possible 1 to 2 feet of snow could unload on the weekend.

Snowy conditions could also hit portions of the Front Range, Nebraska Sandhills and Northeastern Colorado. On the weekend, low temperatures will unfold in North Dakota, Wyoming and Montana.
