Weather conditions in the Texas Gulf Coast
Meanwhile, the NWS noted showers and thunderstorms in Texas Gulf Coast due to Tropical Depression Sixteen's remnants. Residents should stay alert for potential excessive rainfall and flash flood risks.
According to the forecast, Tropical Depression Sixteen-E could bring four to eight inches of rain on Tuesday to parts of western Oaxaca in southwest Mexico, Michoacan and Guerrero.

In Mexico, the latest forecast warned of rough surf conditions and challenging currents due to tropical storm developments in the region.
On Tuesday, Tropical Storm Lidia is expected to approach parts of the Islas Marias and West-Central Mexico's coast.

The weather report showed that Lidia was detected over the Manzanillo in Mexico, with maximum sustained winds of over 74 mph. Lidia is expected to land on Tuesday on Mexico's west coast.
