The latest reports showed that California and Nevada suffered from deadly fires. Many residents had to deal with hotter temperatures in the Central United States.
The beginning of August is expected to unleash dangerous heat in parts of the United States, causing increased fire risks and heat-related health concerns.
The Nature World News (NWN) reports some parts of the country would experience relief from hotter temperatures, especially in the Northeast and Midwest.
People with travel plans should consider the weather conditions this week, as challenging fires and extreme heat could be the main problem.
Major fire burning in California and Nevada
According to CNN and Associated Press (AP) reports, dangerous fire conditions emerged in California's Mojave National Preserve and managed to reach parts of Nevada.
The fire burned about 80,000 acres as forecasts showed it could grow more. The wildfires unleashed smokey conditions that reached portions of Southern Utah and Nevada.
The erratic winds and fire unleashed deadly fire whirls in the region.
Reports noted that firefighters extinguished 23% of the fire on Tuesday.
The massive fire conditions in the region are called the York Fire. The National Parks Service said that the infrared light helped them to assist the fire activity in the area.
In the AP report, the dry conditions and gusty winds could help to ignore more fires and extreme fire behavior.

On the other hand, the latest weather forecasts said that the South-Central United States could expect hotter weather this week as many residents prepared for the summertime.
According to AccuWeather's forecast, the challenging heat dome would bring blistering heat to the region, including the Plains and Mississippi Valley.
Portions of Texas and Houston can feel the scorching temperatures this week. It is best that homeowners should check the heat outlook before planning any outdoor activities.
Based on the weather outlook, hotter conditions could become likely in Oklahoma City, Odessa, New Orleans and Odessa.
Moreover, the National Weather Service (NWS) reported that the heat is expected in the South, bringing record highs and oppressive heat this week.
The NWS warned that excessive heat conditions could unfold this August in Southern U.S.
Meanwhile, the NWS Weather Prediction Center advisory said that rounds of thunderstorms and showers are expected in the Mid-Mississippi Valley in midweek.
Based on AccuWeather's outlook, severe thunderstorms and flash flooding are forecast in Rapid City, Casper, Denver, Des Moines, Kansas City, Omaha and Sioux Falls.
