The advisory also emphasized the cold wave warning for many residents. In addition, the weather bulletin explained that the cold wave conditions could unload in portions of North Rajasthan, Pradesh, Punjab, IIaryana, Uttarakhand and Chandigarh from January 15 to January 17, 2023.
