Health in Cheyenne
Dust and dander levels are at very high levels and AccuWeather advises affected individuals to vacuum at least once a week with a vacuum that contains a HEPA filter to cut down on indoor dust and dander.
Dust with a microfiber cloth will help remove dust rather than push it around.
It is also recommended to keep windows closed on windy days, and at the onset of allergy symptoms, take allergy medication.
The dust and dander levels will remain at very high levels until Tuesday, November 29, and will rise to extremely high levels for several days after that.
