Sunny weather with mild air could emerge in Charleston, Virginia Beach, Washington, Pittsburg, Buffalo, Burlington, and Detroit.

Meanwhile, in Portland, Boston, and New York, chilly weather could exist. New Yorkers have been working hard to clean up and remove the heavy snow from the snow-effect snow.
