Admit it: people are obsessed with cute things, especially animals. It is no wonder that Instagram is full of many adorable pet videos - starting from typical house dogs and cats up to birds and even some reptiles!

According to the New York Times, a cute image stimulates our brain the same way sex, a good meal or psychoactive drugs like cocaine does. We all know that overindulgence on those things can be detrimental for our health -- but not a cute image!

And here are some cute wild animals that you probably have not seen yet.

1. Sloth

Sloth literally means excessive laziness, and it makes the God of Catholic upsets. However, this animal is actually not lazy. It's just slow -- really, really slow that algae sometimes grow on their coats. However, this sluggish and serene nature is what makes them adorable.

2. Chameleon

Reptiles might be icky for some, but no one can deny that chameleon is adorable. Look at that bulging droopy eyes, and try not to smile. Not to mention that it can change its color depending on its mood.Name another animal that can do that as appealing as chameleon does. Spoiler: you can't.

3. Meerkat

TIMON FAMILY. . . ‍️ . . . #safari #meerkat #suricate #timon #southafrica #afriquedusud #kgalagadi #funnyanimals #earthcapture #ourplanetdaily #wildlife #wildlifephotographer #wildlifephotography #meerkats #botswana #exclusive_wildlife #capturethewild #animaux #naturephotography #yourshotphotographer #big_shotz #natgeoyourshot #natgeowild #canonfrance #amazinganimals #africananimals #exploreafrica #canonphotography #photosafari A post shared by  Mathieu Courdesses (@mathieucourdesses) on Jan 2, 2020 at 9:13am PST

Remember Timon from Lion King? Yes, that dorky tiny character that made you roll on the floor during your childhood years.

Meerkat is actually a type of mongoose that lives in the deserts in South Africa. The way they stand uprightly with their paws placed in front demurely will remind you of a well-behaved but curious child. So cute.

4. Penguin

Penguin has always been portrayed as an adorable creature in pop culture. Although it is not exactly accurate, the depiction is not really far from reality. Aside from their fluffiness that makes you want to hug them, they have human-like behavior like singing and bringing rocks (instead of a ring) to propose to someone they want to be their partner for life.

Sadly, as the climate change worsens, the future of some penguin species' future is at stake.

5. Panda

Here's another cute animal in pop culture: panda. Panda probably reminds you of a teddy bear you used to cuddle when you're sleeping at night. They're soft and furry, but what makes them really adorable is their toddler-like behavior.

Check the video above and try not to wish you're that guy the pandas are clinging to.
