Would you take time to figure out what a mother goose wants you to know? If yes, watch the heroic act of this police officer and a specialist.
According to Mashable Cincinnati, Ohio, police officer James Givens was sitting in his vehicle when he heard a sound like knocking on his car's door. He checked what was going on his car and he found out a mother goose's peck was the one that made a knocking sound.
"It kept pecking and pecking and normally they don't come near us," Givens told WKRC Cincinnati. "Then it walked away and then it stopped and looked back so I followed it and it led me right over to the baby that was tangled up in all that string."
The baby goose was tied to a Mother's Day balloon among some of the litter near Mill Creek. Officer Givens took a video on his cellphone to record the incident.
He and Specialist Cecilia Charron called the SPCA, however, it turned out no one was available that time. Charron was the one who untied the the string of the Mother's day balloon.
"Well she has a couple of kids of her own and I guess that motherly instinct must've kicked in because it was like they communicated. The mother goose didn't bother her," Given explained. "So Specialist Charron came and untangled it. It took her awhile because it was all wrapped up."
Meanwhile. a photo of a five-year-old girl was attacked by a goose. The video has become viral since last week after her older sister Stevie Gidden posted it on Twitter, Fox reports.
Gidden captioned the photo, "Summer got attacked by a duck today & the pictures our neighbor got of it happening make me laugh so hard."
