Red Meat Contains 'Hidden' Emissions
Though we usually picture the burning of fossil fuels, deforestation, or everyday traffic when it comes to the buildup of greenhouse gas emissions, the production of livestock is also a factor. A new study has for the first time estimated the amount of these "hidden" emissions found inside our cows and pigs.
