Drought Uncovers 19th Century Wagon and Oregon Town Remnants
In 1953, a town was covered over by the Detroit Lake reservoir in Oregon. After four years of West Coast drought, parts of the town are now visible to all, preserved by low-oxygen conditions on the lake bed.
