Fire Update: California Governor Declares State of Emergency
The Tick Fire is one of a dozen fires in the state propelled by strong winds. California Governor Gavin Newsom declared a state of emergency on Friday in Sonoma and Los Angeles counties, following the roaring wildfires that made tens of thousands from their homes.
