In the latest weather update on October 3, 2022, AccuWeather reported that the coastal storm could bring days of coastal flooding on the Northeast beaches, which meteorologists have been monitoring a non-tropical storm on the United States east coast.
In the current advisory, AccuWeather noted the coastal impact of the coastal storm through Tuesday.

- South of Interstate 80 and east of I-81 may experience rainfall and stronger winds starting Monday to Tuesday.
- In upper Ohio Valley and the central part of Appalachians could expect rainfall.
Fox News Weather reported advisories in areas: Potomac River in northeastern Virginia, Albemarle and Pamlico, coastal Connecticut, Jersey Shore, and southern and eastern Delmarva Peninsula.
Hurricane Ian Impact
The devastation of Hurricane Ian in Florida was catastrophic, leading to several deaths.
A recent update from Reuters showed death toll from the Hurricane was recorded at 80 as of Sunday and is expected to increase. Experts said that Hurricane Ian was one of the worsts hurricanes that rampaged Florida.
