US Air Force to Launch Mission Using SpaceX Rocket Instead of ULA's Atlas V

SpaceX will launch the fifth Orbital Test Vehicle instead of ULA. This will be the first time USAF will use a SpaceX rocket to launch their miniature spaceplane.
