Meteorologists: North Central States May Continue to Experience Swings in Temperature

This month, the Plains and Upper Midwest have been experiencing swings in temperature and forecasters predicted that it will continue through the end of January and into the beginning of February. According to meteorologists, these extreme changes do not occur in January.
