FitBit for Chicago? Windy City Builds 'Fitness Tracker' to Keep its Metropolis in Shape

Chicago, in partnership with researchers at the University of Chicago, Argonne National Library and other companies, has started building on what looks like a fitness tracker built to check the vitals of its city.
