Resources in South China Sea Might be Pushing China to Insist its Nine-Dash Line to Claim Islands

China is claiming most islands in the South China Sea despite the islands falling inside the exclusive economic zones (EEZs) of other countries such as Malaysia, Vietnam and the Philippines.
