The National Weather Service (NWS) reported that a wetter weather outlook could unload in the Northern Rockies and California this week due to a Pacific Storm and upper-level low.

In Northwest Montana, residents can anticipate heavy snow conditions. The NWS is also monitoring an area of low-pressure system that can unleash heavy mountain snow.

In addition, the rainy outlook in California and the West Coast can prevent fire concerns in the region. It can ease the prolonged drought in the region.

In this week's weather, the main dangers are travel hazards, flooding, flash floods and landslides. For Americans traveling this Thanksgiving, the wetter weather can cause slower commutes or travel disruptions.
