According to the NWS New York NY, the advisory explained that air quality is forecast to improve, which is better than last week.

According to the ABC7 NY report, the city's air quality was forecasted to improve, as reports noted the importance of wearing face masks due to unhealthy air quality.

The report said air quality improved in Long Island, Westchester and Rockland.

With the improving air quality, New Yorkers could continue their outdoor activities.

However, it is still best to monitor the air quality in the region.

Recently, NBC News reported that New York City recorded the worst air quality as about 400 wildfires emerged in Canada.

The report noted that the wildfire smoke reached parts of Washington D.C., Philadelphia and Boston.

Rain and thunderstorms could occur on Monday in Burlington, Buffalo, Washington and Pittsburgh.

Warmer conditions could unfold in Portland, Boston, New York and Virginia Beach.

On the same day, possible severe thunderstorms with damaging wind gusts could unload.

Based on the weather's outlook, the storm is forecast from the weekend until Wednesday. Rain or showers could unload in Chicago, Bangor, New York and Nashville.

In other parts of the United States, the National Weather Service (NWS) explained that severe thunderstorms with hail could become likely in Tennessee Valley and Mid-South.

Furthermore, the NWS Weather Prediction Center reported that a wet week outlook could continue in Southeast and the Tennessee Valley.

In the Northeast, High Plains and Intermountain West, possible heavy rain conditions could be likely.

The possibility of severe thunderstorms could result in slower commutes and travel disruptions. People with travel plans should check the weather before their leave to avoid being stranded on the roads.

As the hurricane season begins, it is also best that homeowners should stay updated with the weather conditions this coming weeks, as developing storms could become possible.
