Colder air in Midwest and Northeast
People in the Northeast and Midwest can notice the arrival of colder air this week, according to AccuWeather's latest forecast (February 16, 2023).
The forecast said that temperatures could become more challenging at night. In addition, the colder outlook has a combination of stormier weather patterns.
AccuWeather tracked that the arrival of colder air is expected in parts of Central states and then move to the Easter States.
The weather outlook showed that colder Weather would unload in Knoxville, Montgomery, Atlanta, Jacksonville, Raleigh, New York and Boston.
Americans planning to enjoy the weekend should anticipate mild and chilly weather conditions.
- Snow is expected in Seattle and Billings.
- Cold and chilly outlook would unfold in San Francisco, Denver, Billings, Minneapolis, Boston and Chicago.
- Rain showers are forecast in El Paso and Miami. Meanwhile, warm conditions would unleash in Dallas and Houston
- Mild weather outlook would become noticeable in Kansas City, Memphis, Charlotte and Jackson.
- Heavy snow is forecast in Oregon and Washington.
Recently, ABC News reported that about 40 million Americans in the United States are at risk of possible severe weather conditions this week.

The weather report added that heavy snow could reach parts of the Central Plains, Great Lakes and Corn Belt this Thursday and Friday.
Furthermore, the forecast warned of dangerous travel and intense snow this late week.

Meanwhile, the National Weather Service (NWS) warned of severe Weather this week. The weather agencies advised people to secure essential outdoor equipment.
NWS also explained the importance of an emergency kit and checking the latest weather updates.
The weather agency reported that severe thunderstorms would unload dangerous tornadoes and stronger winds in parts of Mississippi, Southeast Arkansas and Northeast Louisiana.
In the Northwest, the report added possible intense storms that can raise road-related safety concerns.
