Road accidents were also recorded in El Dorado and Wolffort near Lubbock.

    According to the Guardian, about 250,000 had no power in the affected areas, while six casualties were reported.

    On Wednesday, AccuWeather and PowerOutage reported that the total power outages reached about 280,000 customers.

    The accumulating snow damaged power lines that caused significant power outages in Austin, Arkansas, and others affected areas in Southern states.

    Authorities were now working to restore the electricity from affected power lines.
