A man captures a poignant yet inspiring sight of a light that beams off World Trade Center last Thursday. The said photo went viral after it was posted on Twitter days before the 15th anniversary of the 9/11 attack.
It was an ordinary meditation morning for Ben Sturner, founder of Leverage Agency, until he saw a ray of light that beams off World Trade Center. He took a photo of this beautiful, poignant moment and posted it on Twitter, FOX 8 Cleveland reports.
According to CBS 8, while people who saw the photo took it as "a sign of hope," Sturner said he just happened to be "at right place at the right time." He was just standing at his terrace like he always does to meditate on that Thursday morning when he chance upon that sight.
For Sturner, the photo was quite fitting to commemorate the 9/11 anniversary, Sturner said he thought it was a crazy circumstance and that he didn't know where it came from. Yet, the sight was unbelievable that he just started taking photos.
"I never thought I'd see anything like it," Sturner said. "I've received so many positive responses from the photo."
He said that he took the photo to inspire people. He is also willing to donate the photo to the World Trade Center so that many people can still see it. Sturner said that his photo shows the resilience of New York that even though they got knocked down, they got right back up.
Sturner also released another photo of the World Trade Center that was taken the same day last year: a photo where a rainbow that seem to come out from World Trade Center.
